Here's a curiosity - a 'five' denomination from a country that did not have decimal coinage at the time! An 1806 5 pence from Ireland:

These coins were struck at Matthew Boulton's private mint in Birmingham for the Bank of Ireland to ease the shortage of silver coinage that Ireland (and the entire British Isles) was suffering at the time.
