Well they paid to have it graded, slabbed and true view photographed, so I'd say PCGS upheld their end of the bargain. I submit a lot, and every return includes a new paper submission form with a Great Collections submission form tucked in it. It's just what they include when you get coins back. That said, I think that may be the least valuable PCGS-slabbed coin I've ever seen.

Coins get returned ungraded because there is a checkbox where you tell them whether to slab coins as genuine or not, etc. If you don't want the junk in a slab that's fine with them. But it takes a real bomb of a coin not to get some kind of grade even if it's a details grade.

"clear as day when you look closely"

If he paid extra, they would've put that on the label.

I have gotten to where I do not even reply to most of these type of folks after I have seen their replies to people trying to help. All you can do is let it run its course....

Well there is a Bearded Man, at least the clown got that part right.

You're right...I forgot all about that. I just use GC's online form.

Don't forget the "Cheers" episode where Cliff Claven proudly displayed his potato that grew to look like Richard Nixon.
