I was suspecting mid AU and possibly O-104a.
Is it worth having it slabbed by PCGS?

It is O-104a, R.2. Very nice, looks low to mid AU. The most recent AU50 examples sold on HA have realized $700 to $1,000.

If you're flipping, might not be a bad idea to get it graded. Otherwise, if you are a collector why not keep it raw?
