Thank you all for the generous comments. I appreciate all the kind words.

To address some of the questions:

What will you be putting into Metty? ......I'm assuming this is a hobby and not something you do for a living.
These two go together, so I combined them for a reply.
I'm not planning to keep Metamorphose. For over 20 years now I've designed and built wood boxes at a professional level and sell everything I make.
Well - I give away some as well. Just ask the winners from my 10,000 post contest. Here's looking at you Keith67.

I recently retired from a 45 year career in engineering so I never 'made a living' building boxes - but the hobby certainly has provided some side income.

So, did the silver trim cost exceed the cost of everything else?
Yes, that little bit of sterling silver at today's prices cost more than all of the other materials combined. I'm going to hit pause on incorporating sterling in my boxes for a while.

Your finished item photos are also professional quality.
I get no credit for them, I pay a professional photographer to capture the images. I think he does a fabulous job.
Thanks again for the kind words.
Edit: I missed Keith67 question:

What is the biggest "box" you have made?
Metamorphose is close, she is 21" tall. The cabinet I made "Cambium Cabinet', shown in the link above is larger. I currently have a box idea in my shop with long curvy legs that are 28" long - that will be the largest ever.
Take a look at my other hobby ...
