They shouldn't get fired, just cosider all the excitement and ooooe's and awwwwe's the numismatic community gets because of these assisted errors and on top if it they always carry a hefty premium

The image shown by @Chase007 is confusing to my eye - makes it appear that there are 6 parts to this assisted error.

I appreciate the link to the article which clearly shows it is 3 separate planchets that were struck at the same time.

I am not a fan of employee assisted mint errors. But they do seem to be accepted in the marketplace.
