I would say: MS63+, but CAC doesn't give out "+", MS64 it is..

63 for cac (hopefully 64) cac would probably pl this ( I have noticed that's one thing they seem to be lenient on)- also think they could details for rim thingy

This one was very disappointing. I expected at least an MS-63PL on this one. There is certainly some surface chatter on this one-I think the PL fields and cameo look hurt this one. I've seen 64s that are worse than this one (plus I'm a little biased).

The frost looks really nice and the reverse vertical striations appear to be die polish lines. Would have guessed MS-63PL based on the first photos. The cheek scuffs look much worse in the graded-coin photo.
Is this possibly a VAM-10? I think I see the diagnostic die scratch on the upper lip.
