The next big anniversary was in 1916, for the tercentenary of Shakespeare's death. This is from the American Newspaper Publishing Association. Again, this one might have been a pendant, as I've seen a version with a top loop.

And then 1964 brings us to the quatercentenary of Shakespeare's birth. Again, this medal used to have a top loop.

This 1964 medal comes from the theatre festival in Stratford, Ontario, celebrating his quatercentenary.

The Oregon Shakespeare Festival is among the oldest & largest non-profit theatres in the nation, putting on productions in Ashland, Oregon. They often had annual medals for the festival, this from their 25th season in 1965.

Some medals are too large for cases. This 1964 Czechoslovak Shakespeare medal measures almost 3" across.
