The upper left quarter of the reverse (need to see the maple leaf's proximity to the edge), on the obverse, the I's of the lettering and the Queen's shoulder area.

I'll post a photo of the areas to look at, as well, so you can see the differences.

Sorry.. having issues getting the photos off the camera. I'll have to try again tomorrow. But from your brightened pictures, it looks like a No Shoulder Fold, Far Maple Leaf to me. I'd get a second opinion, though.. as I said, my eyes aren't the greatest And tonight they are fuzzy from staring at this monitor!

Yep, NSF Far ML. The strongly flared I in DEI confirms its an NSF, and the thin rim confirms its a Far ML.

Yeah, NSF far. The "near" version is easy to tell - the leaf tip is just about jammed right in between
two rim denticles. In my experience, even moreso than the Charlton "near" picture in person, there is no
mistaking it.

Excellent And once you can tell just by sight, you will know the rare one when you see it and can cherrypick from there!

hello Yotie,
can you scan the reverse side of the two nickels and the obverse side together, so that we have two scans, each scan showing two coins, same side.
Maybe it is not clear, but just maybe you might have a NSF-N. I can not make out where the Maple leaf ends on the last coin you posted.
maybe worth a shot.
