That's a counterfeit alright.
I see wrong obverse portrait for one thing.
The one pictured kinda looks like a slimmed down version of the portrait that appears on the obverse of the Australian $2 2018 Armistice coin.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Also it shows the date on both sides when it should only be on the reverse.

And I guess the reason for the edge shot is to show it's also missing the edge lettering.

It should also have the 2 dollars on the obverse. I'm a newbee and I just recently noticed a different looking 2018 Macdonald toonie as I was organizing my collection. Also fake. I need to take a better look at all my toonies for others.
