Very nice. Excellent images.
(That crack seems to go through the middle of the wreath from the left side of the shield to about k9 on the reverse.)

While I maybe couldn't have afforded to buy the coin if it were high grade uncirculated, I think such a coin would show that the crack pretty much goes most if not all the way around. I can see bits and pieces of it which should connect and not be isolated. I'll update here when I get the listing attribution from JC.

Nice die cracks. But I don't think it would be classified as a true shattered die variety.

Just for information sake, here is the definition of a shattered die on Cuds-on-coins.com

"Definition: A "shattered die" features numerous intersecting die cracks. Along with the profusion of die cracks, a shattered die can also incorporate other forms of brittle fracture such as die breaks and retained die breaks."

My thought is with this 1866 having five interconnected contacts with the rim, with at least two breaks looking like Retained Cuds, it's gotta be in the zone for a shattered die.

Thanks! Thinking this one should go to ANACS to get things on the label.
