 It is what is known as a fantasy coin- something that was never actually minted in a particular design/date combination. It is an imitation of the 1986 Statue of Liberty Centennial commemorative and almost certainly not composed of silver.

thank you all for you help yes that is the coin, but the one I have the date is 1906, I just took a second look the 8 it is a 0.

  Could be a struck thru grease error where part of the 8 was obliterated. Is the "0" tiny or normal size as compared to the other numbers?

there are allot of these fakes with 1906 in the date. There have been other discussions on this forum about them over the years where the person actually thought it was a old coin because of the date it shows when in fact the design was made for the 1986 commemorative and they altered the date to read 1906 and minted them in some type of metal (not silver) and sold them to unsuspecting people thinking they were something they werent
