It's a lot of work. The walls have 33 years worth of nicotine dripping from them on top of semi-gloss paint so every wall surface has to be sanded well, then washed, then primed, thaen 2 coats of paint. Yuk.

The hardwood floors then have to be completely sanded, stained, and sealed.

The kitchen is also trapped in the 70's and has to be redone so our eyes don't ache.

We'll be closing on a house in a few weeks. Then we get to do the "move" thing. It does take a lot of time to get everything situated, an ohhhh, the stress of it all!

I know that Susan can handle that part, but what are you going to be doing while she is finishing these chores?

Have a safe and sane move and relocation. see you soon! Your missed!

Just checking in today. I'll be here in NJ until Thursday afternoon. Bobby is back in Delaware working on the house. I'll be checking email and I'm trying to read as many posts as I can. Once we leave Thursday, I won't be back until Tuesday.

So much to do....and so little time! [:0]

Hey Mom have you got my ROOM painted yet? Don't want anything fancy just good old white paint. A bright atmosphere makes it easier for my old eyes to enjoy a coin!!! We will discuss furnishings later!!! (big screen TV, entertainment center, ect...)

Susan, you & Bobby will have to set up your computer gear all in one big room.If you haven't,then you will probably have to build a room similar to a garage, but you won't be putting cars in,but your computer equipment, including your servers.Good luck with your shift from New Jersey to Delaware.

Aidan.
