Yeah, I agree. If you expect us to do you a favour and help you out, at least do us a favor and tell us what coin we're looking at and post a bigger picture. I'm not going to pay a guessing game with you.

Hi,
Excuse me. It is not for playing a game. I do not want to post the entire coin because I cannot confirm if it is a error. I never saw another coin like that as I said before. If I can see another one... not a picture, maybe I will post it but there are not a lot of coins like this. It may take couple of months to see another one. Sorry.
Excuse me again.

The error or variety have to be popular to gain premium. What you trying to do which doesn't help yourself and the coin community. Look at the 2009 colour Olympic 25 cents. Everybody looking for them and have fun with them. Good luck and welcome to the forum!

A die chip. A very busy yet pretty piece. Only time will tell if the die chip will have a premium. Now search the coin 4 more.

IMO,I don't think there are premium for damaged coin may be only the RCM will give you the full price. Ask yourself will you pay extra to buy this coin? especially the mint product.

Hi,
First, it is not a damaged coin for me... but a different and unic coin (if the picture is ok at the mint...). If it is an error, I'm very happy to have it because I don't think I have pay a lot for a very different Olympic Game coin with a mintage of 2500 and a Proof Quality. I saw another problem with the original picture... If the original picture is ok, winds are not at the same place on my coin. On the original picture, they (sure for the last one...) are more at right. I just saw it a couple of hours ago. They add it after? I don't uderstand how it is possible. Maybe I need telescope or glasses... or I'm too old :-)
As I said, I cannot confirm this is an error... I don't know.
Many thanks.

The images from the mint (original) I believe the had enhanced and touch up. If you try to compare the real coin to the picture I don't think that will tell you anything? I think you had a perfect coin the error was the original picture :)

Thanks.

We are discussing a one kilo, silver, dinner plate, with a denomination punched into it,that won't be available 'til next year, and wondering if there are varieties or errors based on pre-issue photos from the mint.SCARY
