Well said, SG. low-value notes with attractive designs are initially how I got into world paper money collecting. A vast majority of my notes are ones I bought off of ebay, usually a hundred or more at a time and/or in sets, for very little money. I just wanted to see what was out there, and learn about other countries' currencies (and by association, histories) in the process. Now I have an album full of hundreds of colorful examples, and it's really fun to flip through.

I just checked my album and I have the 1999 500 Cym and 2001 1000 Cym notes too. Thinking back I know they caught my eye and were a good value IMO. Fantastic notes.

I also checked my recent order of world paper money and I did buy an UNC 5-piece set of the 1-25 1992 series. Overseas transaction; hope to see it in a couple weeks.
