Your adivse is appreciated...

I am not familiar with this coin at all and not really familiar with Canadian coins but what struck me was the portrait of Queen Elizabeth. Surely that's not what she looks like on a legit 1970 Proof Quarter!?!

d23...
maybe you missed a good deal..
maybe it is a one of a kind ( or a few others still to be discovered..) ... maybe there is always some reasonable explanation of HOW such a "error" came about. thought about it and there are errors out there which have just NO explanation. they simply are!! Just because someone says: Not possible, does not always mean that. sometimes it might mean a"hidden" oh wow... why did I not buy it?/!!

I might be smoking something too but even though it's homemade,
I love the cameo on the coin and
would really like to have a look at it in hand.

i have a 1970 Quarter and the queen is not half a detailed as that! her nose is too pointy and the chin does not have that line in it. also the coin I have has a raised rim on both sides and the edge is smooth unlike the regular quarter which has notches in it. I was told this it was some kind of miss print. can anybody elaborate on that?

How could an incuse '1970' not get reversed on a squeeze-job?

Is there some homemade way of reflecting the numerals?
