Nice coin! Better than mine! I would call it a G-6 overall due to the weakness on the reverse rim, though the obverse looks vg. The color looks original, though it kind of has a "wispy" look in some areas; maybe just from the plastic holder. If it was cleaned, it was definitely a very old one.

Can you explain why you think it's been cleaned, Lafaa? Yes, the top half of the reverse is somewhat light but that is most likely due to the lighting and photos. The obverse has a bit of toning and crust, indicating that it was original. If you say it has been cleaned, please explain why.

Scratches do not indicate a coin has been cleaned. Hairlines and a bright white circulated coin do. And those supposed "scratches" are due to the holder and lighting most likely.
If anything, the lightness on the reverse should of given you a reason to think the coin has been cleaned. Not those "scratches" which most likely are not on the actual coin.

I see what Lafaa is seeing. There appears to be some possible horizontal hair lines going across the pedestals under IGWT. In my opinion the pic is not clear enough to make an accurate determination either way.
Zalbad you have the coin in hand. Are there hairline scratches on the obverse and/or reverse for that matter?
I think this coin is is straddling the G-6/VG8 fence.

I see those lines, too...where the fields on the coin have texture. Have you taken it out of the holder for picture taking?
Ready to take my lumps if it has been whizzed.

I don't think this coin has been cleaned. I think what you are seeing is light reflecting off the mylar of the 2x2.
What I see is light stain or tone. At the top of the obverse and bottom of the reverse. Like someone picked it up and maybe transferred some oil from fingers. Of course something else may have touched the coin, at this point front and back, causing this light toning.
Either way it is a nice coin.

after close inspection I don't think the coin was cleaned the area in question was mostly worn smooth with the outline of the box almost visible.
