I HAVE SOLVED YOUR PUZZLE, SEND ME MY MORGAN

It was actually pretty easy once I got the vowels figured out.

the single "I" from "R LKZC" is what got the ball rolling.

I knew it had to be either an I or an A

I guessed "I" and rolled with it.

Almost got stuck and then I guessed at "E", since there were 21 "C's" I assumed that had to be an E, being the most common letter in english.

Elementary my dear Watson.

Scooby, since I won and I'm a firm believer in the Pay it forward idea, you mind if I host another one, say on monday?

Look at the link Ian posted. It has a picture of what he did. Each letter represents another and you have to solve it!

it was a cryptographed paragraph. You were supposed to try to decode it. The message was instructions.

oh I get it now, so once you figure out one letter then you use that to solve more and more. Oh I wish I had taken part in it.

Yea, its basically a logic game.

Watch out though, mine might be a bit harder. I might have to find a nice prize this weekend.

Ok, here what I did in NotePad.

here is one for you analytical types.
LCEC RG QAC SQE HQI KAKDHXRJKD XHNCG.

The first person to solve this and post
XLC SREGX NCEGQA XQ GQDZC XLRG KAM NQGX

"I have solved your puzzle, send me my morgan!",
"R LKZC GQDZCM HQIE NIPPDC, GCAM VC VH VQEYKA!",

will receive just that - one morgan
ORDD ECJCRZC BIGX XLKX - QAC VQEYKA.

Then you must post the full answer for everyone to read.
XLCA HQI VIGX NQGX XLC SIDD KAGOCE SQE CZCEHQAC XQ ECKM.

edited to add punctuation.
