It took a few months for him to get all the pages in stock but Mike Jacobs over at Jake's Marketplace was able to accommodate my request for an "Early Nickel" Dansco album.
Ordered: 1 DA00001-5 Dansco Blank Binder - 1-1/8"" - 6-7 Pages - $7.95 Each Ordered: 2 DA17117 Dansco Blank Nickel Page - $4.25 Each Ordered: 4 Custom Dansco Pages - 6110-1, 7111-1, 7112-1, 7112-2 - $4.25 Each
So $33.45 not including shipping. Not a bad deal I thought and then I'll have the first three series of nickels all together in one album.

Hey lukkyseven. It was my understanding that you can assemble basically anything you want if you are using pages that already exist. It may just take some time for Jake's Marketplace to accumulate the individual pages.

Yea Jbuck :)... Oh so close. But I'm pretty sure you can combine a few pages from one and make a big book :)

Custom hole punching in soft materials is easy with arch punches. Just do a google search. It might be a bit hard to find them in mm sizes.
This was a great how-to thread.. thanks!

I have been contemplating moving my dark side Dansco coins from their 12-pocket 2x2 pages to the Dansco millimeter pages. I have been working on determining how many of which size pages I need. I have also thought about labeling each hole (using this method) with the details which would be lost after removal from the 2x2s. The more I work on the planning, the more I like the idea.

Quote: Carl -- whitman does make their rub on decals in black, but I have only seem them with modern dates (like 1999+). They sell them as a way to update your album, not to create your own. If you have seen older date decals, let me know, I'd love to get them specksynder: Note the many similar type replies. Many people may want to make their own customized pages or simply lable the ones they already have that are blank. Have you thought of making some money on making those and selling them. As Noted Whitman makes those that press on but are limited to only certain dates. You could make whatever people want but don't know how themselves or don't have the products and/or know how to use them. That could really be the start of a buisness making lables that fit Albums. Such lables couls also be used to place on plastic rolls, 2x2's, etc. If you do start such a buisness, remember my share for the idea.

I've been making my own Dansco pages using a Casio Label-It label maker. I like the flexibility, but in my case I have a start and end date and I hate the empty spaces at the end. (The same goes for some of my other Dansco albums, like the Lincoln Wheat pennies). Are there any sources for "slugs" of Dansco album page material available in various sizes? I need small pennies, nickels, dimes, half dollars, and Sacagewea dollars. (Oddly, I don't need a slug for quarters). It would be nice to fill in those spaces that are not intended to hold a coin. Any suggestions?
