A roll find?! Nice score!

I'd say EF40

I guess I deserve that AdamE! Would be pretty neat to find one though.

The rubs on the beard and cheek are small enough that I would give it an EF-45. It;s a nice looking coin.

Jprine,

I too am in the 35/40 range. Is that a scratch at 8:00 on the reverse or is it in a holder and that mark is on it?

Oh, great find. I have never found a old "s" mint in that good of condition. The great coin jar dump continues.

Nice find! It's pretty well-struck too, tough to find in this issue.

This coin only has a slightest rub, it's easily a 40/45, but probably AU-50.

EF-45 was my initial reaction.

Wow, in a roll no less! Great find! Goes to show you, they're still out there. I'm picking up a box to search in DC this week. You never know what you'll find from those rolls.

I keep wondering how that coin would look after a light VC conservation. It's an ideal candidate.

I think you could get upwards of $50 for that coin. Just a great find!

Yeah, that one definitely ranks among the "best" in anybody's book for a roll find. Nice coin! I'll conservatively go VF-ish on it, but I could be persuaded better if I had it in-hand. Can't tell what that is off the T in CENT, but it's hardly bothersome to me.

EDIT: Oh, BTW, that's a LWC, not a LMC...
