rikcando pulled out, wolf pulled out, xshift used her final...that leaves waredu and me! I don't know about waredu but this could take me days!! I wasn't kidding, this is the part that is the hardest for me. I get these darn mental blocks.

yep, just posted them. And yeah I picked the Giants to go to the Series (that in itself should be worth a snack LOL)

thanks Scooby for the contest. I do like these mastermind games. I wish wolf and rickando had gone ahead and put in their guesses though (and xshift hadn't final answered). If they beat me to it, they beat me to it. That is part of the pressure (fun) of doing these. Just getting the right answer is good enough really! And it was kind of humorous because as you all know I do this mostly by hand. So I had literally had 2 dozen sheets of paper in front of me this morning at work, going through possible combinations and my boss decides he wants to have a conversation. Ugh! I don't care that he may have wondered what that was all about, it was the delay in getting to the final config that was bothering me. I had to chuckle because I thought that it really shouldn't be this much fun to not do work at work! LOL
But not so funny is the pile of stuff that is seating in front of me. I look at it as job security though

Congrats Weavus! If I'd known wolf and rikcando were going to BAIL on us, I wouldn't have used my final. But with at least one them guessing it would have been solved before noon (plus I'm working like mad so was pretty sure I wouldn't be able to do anything with it at all today). And I've never used my final answer before, so it was kinda fun  mmkay, when's the next one, Scooby?  |
