yeah and why is that a huge dilemma for you? it makes dime searching so much simpler.
on the other hand, it does mean that you'll find fewer of them, but there are still plenty of decent finds in the brinks rolls.

What is dissapointing is anyone at the bank can just look at the rolls and set the ones aside they suspect silver inside and check later.

I get boxes of clear brinks
not terrible but still more finds in customer rolls
plus being right next to canada I can spot canadian edges and silver canadian edges easily and dont get excited for nothing anymore
their ridges on their coins are deeper and closer together or something
Cant explain it but can see it lol

Except the Canadian currency has a silver edge no matter what year. They are close to the same composition but no silver in anything 1969 and up. It gets confusing as they changed content in 1964 to a mix of silver and other metals (like the us 40% halves) then in 1968 they switched halfway through the year so that year has silver and bin silver quarters. No wonder you wouldn't be surprised.

all the bank rolled coins I have gotten here for the past 6 or 7 years has been the see through rolls. The only way to get any in paper wrappers around here is if they are customer rolled coins or something. I do not roll search so doesn't really matter to me but I am not surprised this is spreading

most of the tellers at banks are not collectors....I seriously doubt they would put aside rolls with silver in them...they are too busy trying to do their jobs.

You got yourself some brinks rolls. I don't do dime rolls unless the wife has them in her cash drawer. But the cent and nickle rolls can yield some very nice finds from time to time.

Definitely Brink's rolls.

As far as the Half dollar rolls (Brinks boxes of $500.- BLAH!) they are BAD, but the Brinks rolls in quarters, dimes and cents have yielded very good finds for me.

I'd give it a few more tries (IMHO)

The 1972P 1DO-001 "the Big ONE" Lincoln Cent that I recently found was in a Brink's clear plastic roll. :)

I think banks can specify. one bank I go to uses brinks and they get these --- which by the way - make sure you double check before you accept - I had one that was short - it had $4.30 in it - not $5.00 and the plastic was shorter.

Another bank also uses brinks - gets them wrapped in paper.

I had a box of nickels rolled in plastic, I got 35 buffalo, datels legilble, and 1 liberty.
I just got a box wrapped in paper and it stinks. This box is so bad there isn't even a 64 in it. Now thats bad.
