64-65, depending on whether the grader got lucky the night before.

Great 1943 Walker I agree MS-65 IMHO.
I have a few graded in MS-64 and 65. Your Half looks just like my 1943 thats graded MS-65.
Very nice coin and one you should be proud of

I going to say MS-64 on this one. Fairly clean but once you get near MS-65 the strike is taken into consideration. Hand is pretty flat on this one and eagles feathers also a bit weak in spots. Hit on the face and a couple good size marks on reverse.

She's a beauty! Easy MS-65 or up in these old eyes.

EDIT: Hey, I just noticed I reached that same conclusion over a year ago!

I don't like the mark on the back but being the only detraction I would give it a 64 for sure...it is a very nice coin and you should be proud to own it.

I just love these things in top condition!
However, there some striking weakness in the eagle's breast feathers, and those dings cannot be ignored.

Wear / condition wise? MS64, but because of those dings, I would not pay MS64 money for it. Perhaps MS62 or maybe 3 money.
