I only have the supplement to The Cud Book, but from it I see that your second Cud shown is listed as LC-82-14(SD)CU.

I have yet to find a Cud on a cent or nickel. I believe I have found one on a US quarter...if I can remember where I put it I will take a picture and ask for opinions. If I remember correctly it is a small Cud at aprox 2 o'clock.

Nice finds for your Cud coins. I agree that the woody has nice eye appeal.

I've found ONE in over a million coins, and it was on the reverse!

Thanks guys, I had gotten the 1982s a bit ago and just held onto them because they looked neat, now that I am more into coins I guess it was good to keep them. I never knew what the discoloration was though on the one til you all called it a woody. This stuff is definately a cool hobby.

40+ years of collecting and 250K cents searched in the last 6 months have yielded all the Cuds in this picture
