It does look like the "Artist" took a couple minutes to do this artwork. My impression is an overwhelming feeling of wanting to clean it off. It is so poorly done...and to think there are 50,000 of them...Nooooo.

Possible law suite here. The so called 1999 Certificate of authenticity states "colorized in full". Note however, that the arm, face of Liberty are not colored. Also, the rays of the sun are not colored. Darn. And I was going to buy lots of them until I noticed that error.
