His grade on the 1921 morgan he is selling looks questionable also.

To me it looks more like an 11-D which was struck from worn dies.
One thing it certainly is not is a 14-D

NEVER buy this coin uncertified. Same goes for any key. You can always crack out later but keep the info.

Buyer probably took a chance in hopes he can flip it given it were authentic. He will be disappointed.
