My thoughts on ATing any coin is this. If word gets around that you did this, every coin you own then becomes suspect. If you at all plan to sell or trade coins, gaining the reputation as someone who fakes up coins will be hard to shake

Why a ton of them, are you losing the enjoyment you once got from roll searching.
Theirs something deeper here, If it were a few I could see the fun in it. You say your even scared the bank will think their fake, this says your not confident in the out come, So where does that leave the person who receives it next. Anything is good and fun until its at someone else's expense. Unholy roller makes a good point. Seems a high price to pay for the little fun/revenge :0 you'll get.
Do you happen to sell your syrup?

Now why doesn't Hambone's Hammer lol effect me the same way Rachums Burn...lol..
You know I owe you an apology Rachums, Please except my apology. I truly meant my above post in good humor. That's why I put the :0, Like Ohh No He Didn't. I had no right to even joke about you loosing any kind of enjoyment, Or implying it was revenge. I've got a dark sense of humor that I tend to share when I shouldn't. So hope were good. Pound Pound. Now lets talk syrup. When will you be taking orders, and how much a bottle.

Nothing like real maple syrup. How many trees do you tap?

All in good fun, amassey. but I don't want anyone thinking I AT coins and try to sell them fro profit. (I've never even sold a toned coin in my life!)

dumprat-I tapped like 30 trees last year but I want to upgrade this year to as many as my neighbors let me. I think I can get at least 60 this time.

They are your nickels, if you want to toss them into a fire, or smash them with a hammer, or tape them to a bottle rocket I say go for it.

I've been in on some maple syrup making so I understand the need to do something to pass the time,
besides drink beer, which is basicially what occured when I was involved. It would be interesting to see what happens, maybe add some sulfur somehow to get more interesting results. Were only talking about a bunch of common coins that you own here.

Exactly. Half the time you stand there and talk with your friends, and the other half you feed the fire or add sap. Then when it comes down to the final stages, you have to pay more attention and watch it so it doesn't A: boil over or B: boil dry.

So I would say on a good day boiling from 9am to 9pm I have 10hrs of watching time in which I plan to set up a table and get boxes and boxes of coins and search-a-lot.
