Wow... Absolutely stunning... ... The reverse of the Flying Eagle looks to be clashed as well... That's a coin budget I could only dream of... Simply beautiful patterns...

Not sure if those are die clashes. I bought these from Rick Snow and I'm thinking he would have identified them in his description, but... any suggestions on how I can confirm? Paid1854 = $1500 1855 = $1800 I recently sold some of my coins and circulated sets, so the timing worked out well.

BEEEEEEEAUTIFUL! =)
I sure love those 1855's. Those are great pictures. You might cautiously approach Rick Snow - there isn't a huge amount of information available. You can always take them with you to the next coin show the both of you will be at, or you can make an attempt at sending him the pics...
Wonderful, congrats!!

I really like the Braided Hair cent pattern it has such a simple elegance to it that I find very appealing. Do you have the 1856 - 1858 set of Flying Eagle cents? The addition of this pattern would be awesome and make it a one of a kind set. Ed ANA LM-3175

Ryan- Thanks! That's a good suggestion! We usually get two major shows a year in the Central Fl area. Gyrene- That would be quite a unique set. The 1856 is a bit way out of my range. I also appreciate the uncluttered and elegant look of the braided cent. I'm happy to share with other enthusiasts... especially since the dogs just aren't that interested and my wife wants to trade my coins for jewelry. Thanks for looking and sharing your comments everyone.
