Here's quite a scarce coin. PCGS population estimate is 80 surviving pieces in all grades, and only 2 known in mint state. This one has lots of small contact marks but no serious hits. NGC graded it a s problem-free. What do you think?

XF45 to AU50 would be my guess.

I think with old gold they give the benefit of the doubt. I'll go AU-53.

Only gets a VF-35 from me, I might be way off but these are tough in PCGS maybe NGC is kinder to them?

I'll say EF-40. There's way too much wear for this to be an AU coin. But it's beautiful and an incredible survivor!

i was bouncing back and forth between 45 and 50. I think they have net graded the coin to XF45
