I'd say it just gets to an VF-20 or so for this slightly better date.

Thanks guysl, the holder top has been removed as changing from obverse to reverse I use gloves then I snap images.

These are weak from the mint, especially the obverses, by nature. It has nice, VF level wheat lines, nearly full.

i would go low VF20. the issue is corrosion. the coin has verdigris that has eaten into the metal around LIBERTY and the NT in cent. imo, it would details for PMD
