I'm attaching a scan of both front and back of a product from the Anthony Swiatek Grading Service from 1987.
He provided a photo card with both sides of the coin shown in black and white, a grade and comments on the technical and aesthetic aspects of the coin.
The coin itself is encapsulated in a plastic Kointains and further heat sealed in a flip with the grade and signature on the label.

Here is his website. He is also a distributor for Intercept Shields. He was also at one time a President of the American Numismatic Association (1997-1999

Looks like he just grades his own coins.

I like the stuff at the bottom of his "Associations" page:
# Appointed Kentucky Colonel by Governor Paul E. Patton for his distinguished service to numismatics.
# Appointed Honorary Lieutenant Colonel, Aide-de-camp by Governor George C. Wallace of Alabama for his concerns for the Youth of America.
# Appointed an "Admiral in the Great Navy of the State of Nebraska" by then Governor Robert Kerrey.

Thank you! It isn't too often anymore that someone turns up an OLD company that I don't have listed. (Of the 40 companies that will be listed in the second edition of my book that weren't in the first edition only about 4 of them are pre-1992.
