1964 Washington, Dirt Spot?

This was one in my Grandfather's collection handed down to me. I'll get some others up at some point which are in similar condition. Just picked this one out randomly as a "first eye" basis. Very few nicks, but which ones would retract more than others? Grade? And that dirt spot at the top, I always hear never to clean coins... does this hold under a situation like we have here too?

That's a very hard question to answer as it looks as though you still have some very nice surface-finish preserved on that coin. I'd let it alone, if you don't know what you're doing. On the grade, it's at least a MS65, based on your description and these pics.
