I believe this may be a DDO. It is very similar to the one on coppercoins, but because of the wear I am unable to match markers.

Looks like to me it is a match to 1935P-1DO-001. Where did you find this one?

hope these pics help, found the coin roll searching.
There is doubling on the you and S that is visible and also on the 9. I cannot get any better pics because of lighting.
