Going by the photos, I'm unsure on a doubled die because I don't see split serifs anywhere.

Closer look at the number 2 appears to be doubled or over date I think .

The close-up photo shows severe Machine Doubling. This type of doubling is ususally caused be die instability or excessive press vibration.
Error coin writer and researcher.
