markn984 Valued Member United States 120 Posts	Posted 02/03/2012 11:14 pm So, I've posted my 1857 FEC, 1858 FEC, and 1860 IHC. It seems that the logical thing to do would be to post my 1859 IHC. So, looking at my ANA grading book, I'm thinking maybe Fine. What do you guys think? How wrong am I? Report this Post to the Staff

That would explain the overall softness of the remaining detail. Since the lower headband is just barely defined, I'm guessing this was once VF20, net VG10 now. Report this Post to the Staff
