It looks like VF 30 to me, a really low mintage coin.

It's a solid VF and even a high end example so VF-35, just a bit too much ear to make an EF grade IMO.

Another vote for VF-35. Weakness at the center of LIBERTY is acceptable on these coins at this level. This coin looks like it had a light cleaning at some time but PCGS might not have thought so.

I would go VF-30 but I think they gave it a VF-25.
