What Year Is This 2 Taka Note From Bangladesh?

The only numbers I can make out is the serial number. I could not locate any other numbers on the note. I also made pictures of the security thread with a strong light underneath it. There appears to be some letters written on it, but they are so small and in an alphabtet I don't know so I can't make them out at all.

#6cb first signature (Nasimuddin Ahmed) with micro-printing in security thread circa 1995.

Oh ok, but then, how do you know what signature #6cc has ? My standard catalog does not mention anything other than One signature variety for #6cc and does not mention anything about a signature for #6cb.
