Welcome to the forum Sinbad. The first coin for me is just too small and too dark to see the wording and I am unfamiliar with the coin. The second one looks to be gold but may not be, I am not sure as I know nothing about ancients either. It does look like it was made into a couple different jewelry pieces along the years though. The hole was for a necklace and the glob on the center back looks like it was soldered to be used as a pin or a brooch.

" BRITTANNAIARUM" on the one side around the english shield the shield has a laural wreath around it with a crown above the shield the other side writing is " REGINA FID DEF" on the reverse the letters " VICTORIA DEI GRATIA" dated 1884

the First is with outa doubt English inspired, I can not say about its authenticity but I doubt it. As for the second one I do not know.

Welcome to the forum. I am sure someone will come along to help you. The two people I would look for to help you with Authenticity and Attribution are swaperbob and SAP as well as many many many others.

The top one is, as Jim implied, supposed to look close to, but not the same as, British coinage. I presume it's either "card counter" tokens or a piece of 19th century play money.

The other is interesting. If found in North Africa, it could be a Roman provincial coin. It could just as well me a more recent copy of same. Either way, it seems to have been both soldered as like a button, and holed, so unless it's a scarce type it probably won't be worth too much to a collector. I'd reckon it to be made of brass, not gold.

I'm at work right now; when I get home I'll hit the books and see if I can find anything on this one for you.
