Well, I'll jump into it.
I think it must be something fairly local to you, and since generally I wouldn't expect a fir tree on Thai coins my guess is Thailand.

I have a book that illustrates all commem. 2 Euro coins up to end 2011.

What I need is a book that continually updates itself.
