I have a 1995 D penny and above the word "LIBERTY" is a tiny tiny but very clear o I can not find anything about this so I don't know if it is worth anything

Gas trapped under the copper plating burst through the copper after the zinc underneath started corroding. This is quite common, is not an error, and is unfortunately worth one cent.
