Here's one rather difficult coin to find

Sichuan-Shensi-500-Cash---Featuring-Hammer-And-Sickel

Featuring the Communist era in China. I bought this a while ago but left it in olive oil for a while to remove the verdigris. Hence you might see some marks around it.

Difficult to find is an understatement. Where did you find it?

On ebay a couple of years ago. It's from a reputable dealer so I was happy to bid as high as I could. Who knew it shot up a lot higher ever since then.

It's a great coin. Most of the one's that I've seen have condition problems and still sell for big bucks. I've put one of these on the back burner for my OFEC collection simply because of the cost.
