34-S is usually a weak strike. Yours looks VF-20 for wear but does have that hit just right of the mint mark.

Some luster still there, I'd call it EF-40.

coin looks VF-25,with scratches...NET VF-20.....$70 range....welcome to the Forum!

I would guess it may grade around a VF-30/35. The coin appears to have the details of a VF-20/25 but the presence of luster seems to suggest that wear may not be the only culprit for the lack of details.
