Was wondering if there's any difference in the coins packaged in these two, apart from the colorized quarter in the Oh Canada sets. Are the rest of the coins in both sets circulation or specimen strikes?

According to my Charlton, The Oh Canada sets (and the others; baby, wedding, NHL etc) are Uncirculated (so like the circulated coins but not actually circulated). Not Specimen.

True, but the 1996 set and the 1997 Oh Canada set with the Flying Loon dollar coin were both in Specimen finish.
