200+ named coin issuing people divided by 52 weeks means 3-4 a week on average if you call all of them Emperors. How many Roman Emperors you accept is a matter of opinion. Everybody counts Augustus but there are some we don't even know when they died and a couple if they really lived. Until recently nobody believed in Domitian II. As an exercise write down all the names you can and see how many you get.
