That isn't a rare date, so if you sent it off to pcgs, it wouldn't be worth it. You would spend too much on grading and you would lower the amount of profit you could get. If you are selling it, I would sell it as is.

I would break the coin out of that holder, throw the holder away, and forget that holder ever existed.

Never buy a coin that isn't graded by PCGS, NGC, or ANACS. For the most part, every other company has no standard for grading coins. In fact, there are some that will grade counterfeits.

If you bought the coin to keep it, put it in a cardboard/plastic holder. Otherwise, if you plan to sell it, just sell it raw.
