Septimius on horseback right PROFECTIO AVG S C Sear 6436 (similar) Nice bronze with some 'eye appeal' Dated to AD197 (note the AVG) After he rid himself of Clodius (196) and before he 'invested' Caracalla with the purple (198) I am usually an extreme 'cheapskate' but I coughed up $55 for this one ...... I think I did okay. If anyone locate the RIC number I would be much 'obliged' Report this Post to the Staff
