Well I am by means no expert on notes, but I think it is what they call an obsolete note. I did a search on ebay and could not find anything for it. Here is a website that has a lot of those kinds of notes, but I still could not find yours.

Can you zoom in on the bottom of the note. I see some microscopic words down there
