The white speck on the neck is a piece of the 2x2. The darker color on the reverse to the right of UNUM isn't a carbon spot. It's smooth and mirror-like. The line to the right of the t in cent is a die-scratch or ? It's in the planchet and not on the coin.

MS65+ I am sure it is better than 65 but I aint too sure how much higher

Recently took advantage of an ANACS special. 2 free gradings...if I paid the shipping costs. I can't complain about the results.

Now, that coin is accurately graded. Big difference between this and the other coin.
