Hi everyone. I'm quite new to Australian coinage. Infact, you could say that this is my first ever Australian coin.

Anyways, I picked this one up for melt value on the bay as part of a lot, and would humbly request opinions as to it's grade and perhaps a general idea of what the value might be. Thanks!

I am going to go with VG and it is probably around what you paid for it

Hmmm..I think it's worth more than melt as there were only 1m of them minted. The latest Maccas has 1912 VG @ AU$38, so about 60% of that is approx AU$23.00.

This coin might be below a VG though, so value would be reduced accordingly.

I think that its probably worth slightly above melt in that condition but not much.
