My godfather was looking for frames for me so I can display my artwork at our local library, he found these in a box.

This was the only blue one, the rest he had about 40 of.
His mother lived in Germany and he inherited a LOT of German antiques and other old stuff. His mother was also a painter and won an art contest where she got Hitler's autograph. Not really a good thing to have but probably worth something. Anyways, sorry to get off track. Can someone help me with these notes, I wanna know if there is any type of value to them. Thanks
