This is both sides of a 1994-P LMC. The "YT" is raised on the steps and the hair-like smooth line is incuse on Lincoln's neck. How is it possible to have this particular die clash in this location and am I looking at a strike through hair on the obverse? Or is it all just PMD? Please help, all opinions are appreciated, thanks.
Could you also show full photos of both sides? Thanks. I think the obverse is a scratch. There appears to be some areas along the line that have a raised ridge next to it. If the T and Y are raised instead of incuse then I am not sure yet. The steps running through the letters leads me to think PMD.
By the way, I say T and Y instead of Y T because this is a backwards T Y from LIBERTY. Another clue to damage.
The RTY doesn't look incuse by the photos(typo?)...If it was raised and from mint the letters would not be a reversed...I would say definite vise job...but if they are raised and backwards?
